ASPEN, Report Cards and Student Records

All school staff receive Aspen support by submitting tickets to: aspensupport@yesnet.yk.ca. More details can be found at http://www.yukonsis.ca/ When a ticket is received, the first available support person picks it up and begins the work. Tickets can only be supported when a clear description of what is wrong is included in the form of a ticket.

The Cumulative Record Cards (ADM051) are ordered from Resource Services as part of CMCA and come from their CMCA budget.  These folders are used for all current student records across the territory, then archived to provide consistent access for all students requiring transcripts or records for post-secondary education and employment.

Once you have this purchase approved, you can log into Yesnet Sharepoint Resource Services CMCA Ordering and Loans - Curriculum Materials and fill out the Purchase Request Form.
